Our lead QS is a chartered quantity surveyor (MRICS) with over 25 years of senior cost management experience, the majority of it spent embedded within construction businesses at the highest level. He has worked across residential development, commercial construction, infrastructure and housing — on projects ranging from £500k to £180m.
What sets us apart is the ability to get deep inside the numbers that matter in construction — cost plans, CVRs, contract positions, change, risk and procurement — and challenge reports that aren’t telling the full story. We have repeatedly stepped into complex situations and brought commercial clarity, control and cost rigour where it was previously lacking.
Having worked as QS Director, Senior Project QS and Fractional QS across some of the UK’s most demanding construction environments, QS Team brings a rare combination of strategic cost leadership and deep operational construction knowledge.
